Dream for a home is eternal. With a dream to fulfill this dream, Nusrat Develpoment started their journey in 2006.Today, it is one of the fastest growing real estate company operation in the business capital of Bangladesh, Chittagong.

The team of engineers, architects and professionals were chosen on the basis of their excellent technical and management skills, under the leadership of Al-Haz Nazim Uddin, the managing director.

After inception the biggest achievement of NDC is gaining the reliability and trust of their valuable customers.On the way forward the company achieved Rehab membership and internationally recognized ISO 9001 2000 certification for quality in “Design and Construction”.

NDC already handed over ten projects successfully and two projects are ongoing. The vision and mission of NDC is to progress through responsible applications of innovation, entrepreneurial skills for ultimate comfort and be one of the leading real estate partners in the future.
